I started at the lab bench. I’ve been selling to labs ever since.

Fifteen years in life sciences and environmental testing. Twelve consecutive years of growth, across two companies. Now I lead sales teams and build the systems behind them.

Currently looking for my next role.

15years in sales
12consecutive years of growth
$2M+annual personal revenue
10person team, four countries
42of the top 50 pharma companies

What I do

Sell to technical and regulated buyers

Scientists, lab managers, procurement teams, and the executives above them. I networked and worked with 42 of the top 50 global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies by revenue. Long cycles, many stakeholders, real compliance requirements.

Build the system underneath it

Playbooks, cadences, CRM architecture, forecasting. At my last company I co-authored the sales playbook and owned the outbound strategy, the inbound strategy, and every Salesloft automation the team ran on. Response rates improved about 50%.

Lead the team running it

Ten account executives across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and both US coasts. Five reported to me directly. I coached them daily.

What I’ve built

I have a habit of noticing something that wastes people’s time and then building the thing that fixes it. Sometimes that’s a sales playbook. Sometimes it’s a lead-discovery tool for a whole team. Most recently it was a public website that pulls pool league and tournament listings out of a few dozen scattered Facebook groups and venue pages and puts them in one place.

If you’re building a sales team in a technical or regulated market, I’d like to hear about it.
